Terms, refunds and privacy

What you are buying
A personal licence to read the Pocket Sitcom course modules and use the prompts for your own projects, including client work. You may not resell, share or publish the modules, the course PDF or your login details.
Payment
Payments are processed by Razorpay. This website never receives or stores your card, UPI or bank details. Your course unlocks once Razorpay confirms the payment.
Refunds
If the course isn’t what you expected, email hello@pocketsitcom.online within 7 days of purchase for a refund. Refunds go back through the same payment method; payment-processor fees may not be recoverable. Access to the course ends when a refund is issued.
No guarantees
The course teaches a method. It doesn’t guarantee views, followers or income. Third-party tools (AI services, voice services, social platforms) change their prices and rules; check them before you rely on them.
Privacy
- What we collect: your name and email at checkout, and the payment details Razorpay shares with us (payment ID, amount, status, email).
- Why: to give you access to the course, check your login against your payment, and answer support emails.
- Who handles it: Razorpay (payments and your receipt) and Netlify (hosting this site). We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.
- In your browser: your login and lesson progress are stored on your own device. Logging out removes the login.
- Visit statistics: we count visits anonymously: pages viewed, buttons clicked, time on page, how far you scroll, and the link that brought you here. A random ID is kept in your browser to tell visits apart. No cookies, no advertising trackers, no IP addresses stored, and nothing you type is recorded.
- Your rights: email hello@pocketsitcom.online to see, correct or delete your details.
